Don’t cut out all fats from your diet! You need them! Especially Omega3 fatty acids. You need Omega6 fatty acids as well, but they are usually no problem to obtain from a normal diet. You can get extra Omega3 fatty acids from Fish Oil or Flax Oil supplements, as well as by adjusting the foods that you eat.
